Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Walsall
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (+ bonus and target-based earnings)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (overtime available)
Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to take ownership of a growing domiciliary care service in Walsall. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the owner, with real opportunity to influence service growth and earn above the base salary through targets and bonuses. One relaxed interview stage with an ASAP start for the right candidate.
The Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care delivery in line with CQC requirements
Lead, manage, and develop the care and office teams including recruitment, training, and supervision
Maintain accurate records, care plans, and risk assessments
Oversee complaints, incidents, and quality improvement processes
Manage health and safety, infection prevention, and safeguarding
Represent the service professionally at external meetings
Support business growth and contribute to the development of the service
Requirements
Proven experience within a domiciliary care management role
NVQ / QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or actively working towards) — essential
CQC Registered Manager DBS — essential
Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and domiciliary care regulations
Full UK driving licence
Committed to growing and developing the service long-term
