An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a combined domiciliary care and supported living service in the Gravesend area. The service currently delivers around 3,000 care hours per week, all privately funded, offering a strong platform for a driven leader to build on.

The Role
- Lead the day-to-day running of both the domiciliary and supported living services
- Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality, person-centred care
- Manage rotas, staffing, and operational performance
- Lead, develop, and support the care and office teams
- Build relationships with private clients, families, and professionals
- Drive service growth and quality improvement
- Support in-house training and staff development (Train the Trainer)
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care and/or supported living
- Level 4 or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Train the Trainer qualification
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and safeguarding
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
