Location: St Helens, Merseyside
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent
An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care and supported living service in St Helens. The successful candidate will also provide temporary management oversight of a second, smaller branch during a period of maternity leave cover, supported by the wider management team.

An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care and supported living service in St Helens. The successful candidate will also provide temporary management oversight of a second, smaller branch during a period of maternity leave cover, supported by the wider management team.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care and supported living service
- Provide temporary oversight of a second branch during maternity cover
- Ensure full CQC compliance and person-centred care
- Manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance
- Lead, motivate, and develop the care and office teams
- Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and supervision
- Monitor branch performance, budgets, and KPI achievement
- Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, and professionals
- Support business development and organic branch growth
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Manager in domiciliary care, supported living, or adult social care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
