An established domiciliary care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead its growing Guildford branch, which also serves as the organisation's head office.
The Role
A growing domiciliary care service based at HQ in Guildford, delivering around 600 care hours per week with a mix of local authority and private clients.

The Role
- Lead the day-to-day running of the Guildford branch and HQ
- Oversee delivery of approximately 600 care hours per week (local authority and private mix)
- Ensure full CQC compliance and person-centred care
- Lead and develop the care and office team
- Drive service growth and manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Strong CQC and regulatory knowledge
- Experience with both local authority and private clients
- Sponsorship not available
