An established nursing home is seeking an experienced Senior Nurse, with scope for a strong candidate to take on a Deputy Manager remit, to join a small, focused team. The role is days with occasional night cover, working alongside the leadership team to deliver high-quality care to residents.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality nursing and person-centred care
- Lead and support the care team on shift
- Carry out venepuncture, cannulation, and general clinical skills
- Support medication management, care planning, and clinical governance
- Contribute to the leadership and operational running of the home
- Support residents with elderly care and dementia needs
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical skills including venepuncture and cannulation
- Previous elderly / dementia nursing experience
- Managerial or supervisory experience (desirable)
- Confident leading a shift and mentoring the team
- Sponsorship not available
