An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 4-bed EBD children’s home in Bolton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is confident in opening and developing a new service, with the autonomy to shape a high-quality, child-centred environment from the ground up.

The Role As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the setup, registration, and opening of the home
- Develop a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people
- Build, lead, and manage a dedicated staff team
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and frameworks
- Drive high standards of care and positive outcomes for children
- Establish strong internal processes, policies, and culture
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting within the last 5 years
- Have experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and regulations
- Be confident in opening and developing a new service
- Be resilient, values-led, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for children
- Competitive salary: £60,000 – £65,000
