An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to open and lead a brand-new 4-bed children’s home in the West Midlands, supporting young people with EBD or Learning Disabilities (LD).

• Brand-new 4-bed children’s residential home
• Supporting young people with EBD or LD needs
• Opportunity to shape the culture, recruit your team, and lead from the front
• Strong operational and compliance support from Head Office

👤 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting
• A track record of achieving at least “Good” with Ofsted in previous inspections
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding frameworks
• Full UK Driving Licence
