Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home 📍 South Derbyshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the setup and registration of a new 3-bed children’s residential home in South Derbyshire.
This role offers a genuine leadership opportunity to establish and develop a new service from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership to build a high-quality home delivering excellent outcomes for children and young people.

- Learning Disabilities (LD)
- Dual-experience managers

- Manage budgets, occupancy and operational performance
- Work closely with senior leadership to support service development and growth
- Have recent experience as a Registered Manager within a children’s residential home
(Strong Deputy Managers ready to step up will also be considered) - Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
- Be confident leading a home through registration
- Have experience in recruiting, developing and managing staff teams
- Understand occupancy management, referrals and service sustainability
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
