Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care
Location: Leicester
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time
Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting a Care Coordinator to join a growing domiciliary care service in Leicester. The service is in its early stages with a small but developing client base, currently delivering approximately 100 care hours per week across local authority and private packages. This is a largely autonomous role suited to a self-starter who can hit the ground running, support compliance, and help grow the service.
The Role
Coordinate care delivery across a growing domiciliary care caseload
Manage rotas, staff scheduling, and care worker deployment
Lead on compliance, care planning, and client assessments
Onboard and recruit new care staff as the service grows
Support business development and private client growth
Liaise with Leicester City Council and private clients
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure CQC standards are met
Work across a varied client group including dementia, autism, end of life, and adults with complex needs
Requirements
Proven experience within domiciliary care coordination or a senior care role
Strong compliance, care planning, and assessment skills
Experience working with Leicester City Council framework desirable
Confident working autonomously within a small, developing service
Strong recruitment and people management skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
