The Role
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
- Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained
- Oversee care delivery, rotas, staff supervision, and documentation
- Maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
- On-call commitments
- Experience within domiciliary care in a senior or supervisory capacity
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Experience with adult social services packages
- Full UK driving licence — essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (desirable, not essential)
- Motivated to progress into a Registered Manager role
