The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service. You will ensure the service is safe, effective, and fully compliant with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, while driving continuous improvement and high-quality care delivery.

The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service. You will ensure the service is safe, effective, and fully compliant with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, while driving continuous improvement and high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee care delivery to ensure compliance with legal standards, company policies, and best practice
- Maintain full compliance with regulatory bodies and work towards achieving an Outstanding CQC rating
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and reporting systems
- Manage complaints and incidents, conducting investigations and implementing improvements
- Promote service users’ rights, dignity, independence, and choice
- Lead, supervise, and support staff across care delivery, recruitment, and training
- Identify training needs and ensure ongoing staff development
- Maintain safe staffing levels with appropriately skilled personnel
- Support business growth and service development
- Participate in the on-call rota as required
- Remain flexible to meet the needs of the service
- Previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior management role within home care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
