The Role
- Oversee day-to-day management across multiple supported living sites
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred support for young adults
- Lead and develop staff teams across all sites
- Ensure full CQC compliance, safeguarding, and inspection readiness
- Maintain accurate care plans, risk assessments, and documentation
- Background in supported living, residential, mental health, or learning disabilities
- Proven staff management experience
- Strong understanding of CQC standards
- Working towards Level 5 or above — solid experience essential
- Full UK driving licence — desirable
