The Role
- Lead the CQC registration process for the new domiciliary care branch
- Oversee day-to-day operations and care delivery
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
- Manage staff recruitment, supervision, rotas, and development
- Monitor care quality, documentation, and service performance
- Conduct service visits and quality checks across client and supported living settings
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Support service growth and ongoing operational development
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Coordinator within domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and registration processes
- Experience within domiciliary care and / or supported living services
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage both office-based and field-based responsibilities
- Domiciliary care — new branch registration
- Expanding organisation with existing supported living provision
- Autonomous role within a developing branch structure
