An established, family-owned care provider with over twenty years' experience delivering domiciliary care to adults and children across Bristol and South Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee operations and drive growth.
The Role
A well-established, family-owned domiciliary care provider supporting adults and children, including those with complex needs, across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

The Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure full CQC compliance and regulatory standards
- Develop person-centred care plans for adults and children
- Lead, supervise, and develop the care team
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners
- Drive business growth, recruitment, and service development
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Experience supporting adults and children with complex needs
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills
- Existing relationships with commissioners (desirable)
- Sponsorship not available
