About the Service
- 4 bed EBD home
- Supporting males aged 8–18
- Therapeutic approach to care
- The home is fully prepared and ready to operate
- Family-led business with strong sector knowledge
- Leadership includes a Registered Social Worker and experienced Non-Executive Director
- Clear 3–5 year growth plan to expand to multiple homes
- Long-term vision includes developing a school to support the homes
- Lead and develop the home to a high standard of care
- Have autonomy to shape and improve policies and procedures
- Build and manage a dedicated staff team
- Drive a therapeutic and child-centred culture
- Play a key role in the organisation’s growth and future direction
- Competitive salary: £55,000 – £65,000

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
- Full UK driving licence
