An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Team Leader to join a children’s home supporting young people with LD needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well structured service with a strong Registered Manager and Responsible Individual already in place.

The Role
- Lead shifts and support the day to day running of the home
- Provide guidance and support to Residential Support Workers
- Deliver high quality care and support to young people
- Support with care planning, safeguarding and record keeping
- Promote positive outcomes and emotional wellbeing for children
- Experience working within a children’s residential setting
- Qualified Senior Support Worker ready to step up or existing Team Leader
- Level 3 in Children and Young People or Residential Childcare
- Experience supporting young people with complex needs and or mental health
- Salary up to £38,000 for qualified candidates
- 37.5 hours per week
- Sleep ins and long shifts
- Overtime and enhanced bank holiday pay
