š” About the Organisation We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run, not-for-profit childrenās residential provider that has been delivering high-quality care since 2010.
This organisation is built around investing in staff, stability, and long-term outcomes for young people, rather than profit margins. They currently operate six homes, all rated Good by Ofsted
The leadership team is extremely hands-on, supportive, and genuinely passionate about providing safe, nurturing environments for children and staff alike.
š©āš§ About the Home This role is based within two solo placement EBD home supporting one young person in a stable, low-risk environment.
ā Current placement settled and engaging well
ā Attends school daily
ā No recorded incidents
ā Fully staffed and stable team

š¤ About the Role As Registered Manager, you will:
ā Lead and develop a stable, supportive staff team
ā Ensure high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations
ā Maintain and develop a therapeutic, child-centred environment
ā Work closely with a highly supportive and accessible Operations Manager
ā Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and stakeholders
ā Maintain strong safeguarding and care planning standards
