The Role
- Take full operational responsibility for a established domiciliary care service
- Lead on CQC compliance and quality assurance
- Drive growth in care hours across private, Local Authority and CHC funding streams
- Manage and develop the care team
- Oversee complex care packages including TBI
- Contribute to the expansion and development of the business
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Experience managing complex care packages including TBI essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Experience across LA, CHC and private funding streams
- Enhanced DBS
- Full UK driving licence preferred
