We are recruiting a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead an established domiciliary care service in Swindon. The service currently delivers approximately 1,000 care hours per week across local authority and private packages, with a strong local authority focus. This is a growth-oriented role with real earning potential for someone who can bring new clients on board and develop the service further within Wiltshire.

We are recruiting a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead an established domiciliary care service in Swindon. The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Lead, manage, and develop care and office-based teams
- Maintain and grow local authority relationships, particularly with Wiltshire County Council
- Support business development by bringing new clients on board
- Oversee rotas, care planning, and service performance
- Drive continuous improvement across the service
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong working knowledge of local authority commissioning, particularly Wiltshire County Council
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (attained or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence — essential
- Must live and work within Wiltshire — essential for client development
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
