We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Homes Manager to lead a 2-bed childrenās residential service during an exciting period of development and expansion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader with experience in either Learning Disabilities (LD) or Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) services. The home operates with a flexible care model, allowing support to be tailored around the individual needs of young people.
⨠About the Role As Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people aged 8ā17.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, leading a dedicated staff team, and helping shape the future direction of the service.

š Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the home
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Promote a therapeutic, child-focused approach to care
- Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
- Manage staffing rotas, budgets, and overall home performance
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies
- Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes for young people
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 yearsā experience within residential childcare
- Experience working within LD and/or EBD settings
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and childrenās home regulations
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
