The Role:
- Launch and manage a new domiciliary care service from the ground up
- Oversee day-to-day care operations and compliance with CQC standards
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing care team
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and clients
- Drive growth and meet performance-based KPIs
- Experience in domiciliary care management or deputy-level roles
- Strong leadership and business development skills
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Deep understanding of CQC regulations and service compliance
- Ambitious mindset with a passion for service quality and growth
- £35,000 base salary
