The Role:
- 4 days a week
- 1:4 weekends (no OOH; on-call for inpatients only)
- Lead, coach, and support the clinical development of your team
- Deliver evidence-based, high-standard veterinary care
- Proven clinical leadership experience
- High level of small animal veterinary expertise
- Strong mentoring and team development skills
- Salary £70,000 - £90,000 DOE
