Role Overview
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the home.
- Ensure consistent compliance with Ofsted standards and relevant regulations.
- Create and maintain a therapeutic, child-centred culture that promotes safety, development, and emotional well-being.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of residential care staff.
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or deputy management role in residential childcare.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- In-depth understanding of safeguarding, children’s home regulations, and Ofsted expectations.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
