Location: Bury | Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to take the lead at a well-established, 3-bedded residential care home for adults aged 18+ with mental health needs, based in Bury.

What We’re Looking For:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience within a residential care setting supporting adults with mental health needs
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, care planning, and risk management
- A proactive leader with excellent communication, staff development and organisational skills
- Passion for maintaining a high standard of care and promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding care delivery
- Lead and support a small, close-knit team of care professionals
- Ensure regulatory and company standards are consistently met and exceeded
- Build strong, positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Promote a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for both residents and staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service
- Competitive salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
