A well-established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a home delivering residential and nursing care, including dementia care.
The Role
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to nursing and care teams
- Lead on care planning, risk assessments, and clinical decision-making
- Manage medication systems, audits, and clinical governance
- Support residents with complex nursing and dementia care needs
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead clinical supervision, appraisals, and competency assessments
- Deputise for the Registered Manager when required
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse
- Strong clinical experience within elderly and dementia care
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)

- £50,000 per annum
