Location: Glasgow
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

An established care at home provider operating across Glasgow and the West of Scotland is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support the quality, safety, and consistency of community-based care.
The Role
A care at home and housing support provider delivering community-based care across Glasgow, East Renfrewshire, West Dunbartonshire, and Renfrewshire.

An established care at home provider operating across Glasgow and the West of Scotland is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support the quality, safety, and consistency of community-based care.
The Role
- Carry out quality assurance visits, spot checks, and support visits
- Complete carer introductions and observe practice in the field
- Support client reviews and care plan updates
- Conduct medication competency observations
- Coach and support Care Workers
- Escalate safeguarding and documentation concerns
- Participate in the on-call rota and cover emergency calls
- Experience in domiciliary or community care
- Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Field Supervisor background
- Good IT and record-keeping skills (Birdie advantageous)
- SSSC registration (or eligible)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Eligible for PVG checks
- Sponsorship not available
