The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead and develop the staff team to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure person-centred care for all residents
- Maintain CQC compliance, audits, and governance standards
- Manage staffing, rotas, and overall home performance
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager
- Strong knowledge of residential and dementia care
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Passionate about delivering high standards of care
