An established specialist live-in care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager / Clinical Nurse Lead to take on a dual role combining regulatory leadership with clinical oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically qualified manager to lead a growing service supporting individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

The Role
- Act as CQC Registered Manager ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Provide clinical leadership across all care packages
- Develop, review and implement person-centred care plans
- Conduct clinical and risk assessments
- Manage safeguarding, incidents, complaints and risk
- Support onboarding of new clients with complex clinical needs
- Contribute to service growth, audits and quality assurance
- Active NMC PIN (Adult Nurse or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or readiness to step into registration
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
- Experience in complex or live-in care settings
- Clinical experience across conditions such as spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, Parkinson's, PEG feeding, catheter care and neurogenic bowel management
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care desirable
- Specialist live-in care provider
