Location: Selby, North Yorkshire
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (standard) / £14.00 per hour (5 years' experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days, with overtime available
Contract: Permanent

An established care provider is recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers to deliver high-quality community-based care across the Selby area. This is a sizeable service operating under a Yorkshire local authority contract, offering consistent hours and long-term stability.

The Role
  • Delivering personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, medication, mobility, and companionship
  • Supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity
  • Following individual care plans and reporting any changes
  • Travelling between client visits across the Selby area
Requirements
  • Female applicants only — this post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
  • NVQ / Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Previous domiciliary care experience preferred
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach
