- 3-bed EBD home for young people aged 8–17
- Currently at full occupancy
- Rated 'Good' by Ofsted
- Supportive operational and HR team
- Immediate start available
You will be responsible for:
- Providing strong leadership and developing a high-performing staff team
- Maintaining Ofsted compliance and high-quality care standards
- Managing staffing, rotas, meetings and documentation
- Supporting staff development, performance and training
- Working closely with HR and Operations to manage staffing matters
- Driving positive outcomes for young people
- Progressing to dual registration as the service grows
- Experienced Registered Manager within children's residential care
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and EBD services
- Confident leading teams with minimal supervision
- Organised, resilient and confident managing performance and conflict
- Passionate about achieving excellent outcomes for young people
- Up to £80,000 for dual site registration, circa £60,000 for single site
