An established nursing home is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a strong clinical team covering flexible day and night shifts. The service supports a mixed resident group across residential, nursing, dementia residential, and dementia nursing care.
The Role
A nursing home with a maximum of 59 service users, providing residential, nursing, dementia residential, and dementia nursing care.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality nursing and person-centred care
- Manage residents with complex nursing needs including tracheostomies, PEGs, diabetes, wounds, and catheters
- Lead and support the care team on shift
- Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure CQC compliance
- Support residents with dementia and long-term care needs
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Strong general clinical skills (tracheostomy, PEG, wound, catheter, diabetic care)
- Previous nursing home experience (preferred)
- Confident, person-centred approach
