We are recruiting a Registered Care Manager to oversee a large-scale domiciliary care service across two sites in Edgware and the wider Barnet area. The service delivers approximately 3,000 care hours per week across local authority and private packages. This is a commercially focused role suited to a confident, experienced manager who can lead volume, drive growth, and maintain high compliance standards.

The Role
- Oversee day-to-day operations across two domiciliary care sites
- Manage a service delivering circa 3,000 care hours per week
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Lead, manage, and develop both care and office-based teams
- Drive business growth, increasing care hours and expanding private packages
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and private clients
- Oversee rotas, care planning, and service performance
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Experience managing high-volume services and large care hours
- Demonstrated ability to grow services and develop business opportunities
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
