An established care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a supported living service across 7 homes in the Manchester area, supporting 35 residents with mental health needs. This is a strong leadership opportunity managing a sizeable team and multi-site operation.

The Role
- Lead the day-to-day management of 7 supported living homes
- Oversee care delivery for 35 residents with mental health needs
- Lead, develop, and support a team of around 30 staff
- Ensure full CQC compliance and quality standards
- Manage care planning, assessments, and reviews
- Build strong relationships with local authorities and commissioners
- Participate in the on-call rota
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in supported living
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (essential)
- Strong CQC and care planning knowledge
- Experience working with local authorities
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Confident, hands-on leader
