The Role
- Lead and support the care team on shift
- Deliver high-quality personal and person-centred care
- Administer and manage medication safely
- Support care planning, assessments, and accurate record-keeping
- Mentor and guide junior care staff
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Previous senior care experience in a residential setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
- Sponsorship not available
