We are recruiting a Supported Living Service Manager to oversee a small caseload of supported living services in Bedford, supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. This is a well-supported management role with a Monday to Friday working pattern, ideal for an experienced senior care professional looking to step into or develop within a service management position.

The Role
- Oversee day-to-day management of supported living services across a caseload of approximately 5–6 clients
- Ensure delivery of safe, person-centred support plans tailored to individual needs
- Supervise and support care staff and support workers
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements
- Monitor documentation, care planning, and risk assessments
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Previous experience within supported living, mental health, or learning disabilities services
- Experience in a senior or management-level care role
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organised and proactive approach to service delivery
