An established home care provider, operating as part of a recognised franchise group, is seeking a stand-alone Registered Manager to lead and grow the service. The branch currently delivers around 700 care hours per week and is looking to expand its private client base.

The Role
- Run the home care service as the CQC Registered Manager
- Lead the operational team and drive day-to-day performance
- Grow the service through private client acquisition and business development
- Ensure full CQC compliance and high-quality, person-centred care
- Build relationships with families, professionals, and local stakeholders
- Manage rotas, recruitment, training, and quality assurance
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary / home care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and safeguarding
- Confident, autonomous leader with business development mindset
