An established care provider is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Registered Manager to oversee a Residential Care Home and lead the growth of a Domiciliary Care service across Doncaster.

The Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of both services
- Ensure full CQC compliance and quality standards
- Lead and develop care teams
- Drive business growth of the domiciliary service
- Build relationships with commissioners, professionals, and families
- Oversee staffing, audits, and performance
- Minimum 5 years' management experience in residential and/or domiciliary care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Entrepreneurial, business development mindset
- Full UK driving licence and vehicle
