The Role
- Oversee day-to-day running of the service as CQC Registered Manager
- Lead 2 Senior Managers, a Contract Manager, and a team of around 65 staff
- Manage compliance, safeguarding, rotas, and scheduling
- Report directly to the CEO
- Drive service growth and stakeholder relationships
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Adults) or working towards
- Strong CQC, compliance, and safeguarding knowledge
- Confident leader, motivated, transparent, and team-focused
- Enhanced DBS
