✅ What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years' experience in a residential children’s home (within the last 5 years)
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People
• Level 5 Leadership & Management (completed or in progress)
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, Ofsted frameworks, and relevant legislation
• A confident leader with excellent communication and team-building skills
• Full UK driving licence required
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
