We are seeking an experienced and driven Supported Living Manager to oversee a multi-site 16 accommodation service supporting up to 14 young people. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a developing provision with future expansion into a 14 children’s home.

The Role As Supported Living Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a multi-site supported living service
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and young person-centred care and support
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements
- Support the growth and future development of the service
- Lead, supervise, and develop staff across multiple locations
- Work collaboratively with professionals, families, and local authorities
- Experience within supported living or children’s services management
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Confidence managing multi-site services and staff teams
- Knowledge or familiarity with CIW frameworks (desirable)
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Passion for improving outcomes for young people transitioning to independence
- Salary up to £50,000
