The Role
- Full operational and clinical management of the home
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
- Lead, support and develop the staff team
- Oversee audits, safeguarding and quality assurance
- Drive continuous improvement and prepare for CQC inspection
- Maintain high standards of resident-centred care
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN / RMN)
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and inspection frameworks
- Confident managing nursing services and large teams
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
- 55-bedded nursing and residential care home
- Well-supported role with clear improvement plans in place
