Midwife Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform phlebotomy and ensure samples are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Carry out smear tests with the utmost care and adherence to guidelines.
- Lead the outpatients clinic autonomously, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and clinic services.
- Proven expertise in Midwifery, Maternity, and Childbirth
- Strong knowledge of Medicine with an emphasis on prenatal and postnatal care
- Understanding screening tests such as NIPT, TORCH, Pre-Eclampsia etc
- Experience in Lactation support and guidance preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exemplary patient care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate and patient-focused care
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a practicing midwife A commitment to professional development and continuous learning
- Previous experience in a clinical or diagnostic setting is desirable
