The Role
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across the home
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records
- Support, mentor and supervise care staff on shift
- Ensure person-centred care and uphold clinical standards
- Maintain compliance with CIW regulations
- Act as a point of clinical reference for the wider care team
- Valid NMC PIN (RGN)
- Previous clinical lead or senior nurse experience essential
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Experience in a care home setting
- Professional, compassionate and reliable approach
- Highly regarded family-run nursing home
