Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Weāre opening a brand new childrenās home and looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Deputy Manager to help shape its future.
What Youāll Do:
š§ Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
š§ Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
š¤ Lead and motivate a team of residential staff
š Assist the Registered Manager in daily operations & compliance
š Drive high standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes
What Weāre Looking For:
ā Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in a childrenās residential setting
ā Must be enrolled onto the Level 5 Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare
ā Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulations & best practice
ā Passionate, resilient, and ready to make a difference
