The Role
- Take full operational responsibility for the running of the service
- Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure delivery of safe, personalised and high-quality care
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards
- Previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within a care or nursing setting
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care best practice
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Passionate commitment to person-centred, high-quality care
