💷 Salary & Rewards

• £62,000 base salary
• Performance-related bonuses of up to £20,000 per year

• Residential children’s home currently supporting 5 children
• Fully operational and running

👥 The Team

• Strong, settled staff team already in place
• Supported by an experienced Deputy Manager
• 3 Senior Support Workers providing leadership on shift
• You’ll be joining a team that is motivated, capable, and committed
🎯 The Role

• Overall responsibility for the leadership and management of the children’s home
• Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care, and practice
• Lead, support, and develop the staff team
• Work closely with external professionals and stakeholders
• Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
🧠 The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced Children’s Home Manager (registered or ready to register)
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspections
• Confident leader with a proven track record in residential childcare
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care and developing teams
