Service: 4-bed residential children’s home (Ofsted: GOOD)
The Role We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established 4-bed children’s home in Solihull, rated GOOD by Ofsted. The home supports 3 young people aged 10–16 and benefits from a strong Deputy Manager and highly supportive Responsible Individual.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall operational management of the home
- Lead, develop, and support the staff team
- Ensure high-quality, child-centred care
- Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
- Lead safeguarding practice and inspections
- Build strong relationships with external professionals
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare (essential)
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Management experience within children’s residential care
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- £45,000 – £50,000 (negotiable)
- Performance bonuses (occupancy & Ofsted)
