This Deputy Manager role is ideal for experienced Senior Residential Support Workers or current Deputy Managers looking to further develop their leadership skills within residential childcare.

š¤ What Weāre Looking For
- A caring, resilient, and motivated individual
- Aged 22 or over (in line with regulations)
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 yearsā experience in residential childcare
- Experience working directly with children and young people
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead shifts and provide effective supervision to staff
- Assist with staff rotas and team management
- Lead team meetings and contribute to staff development
- Ensure placement plans are followed and education is supported
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times
- Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
- Provide guidance and support to the wider staff team
- Salary: Ā£32,500 ā Ā£36,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
