š About the Role We are excited to announce the launch of a brand-new 2-bed childrenās home in Blackpool, providing specialist care for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). We are looking for a passionate and experienced Residential Childrenās Home Manager to lead our dedicated team and make a real difference in childrenās lives.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with Ofsted standards, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for the children.

- Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) ā
- Minimum 2 yearsā experience as a manager in a childrenās home
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of EBD care, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice
- Commitment to creating a child-centered, positive environment
- £55,000 base salary per year
- Up to £15,000 in achievable performance bonuses
