The Role
As Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Manage and develop approximately 400 care hours per week
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Take a hands-on approach, supporting staff and service delivery where needed
- Lead, recruit, and develop care and office teams
- Manage rotas, care planning, and service performance
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals
- Support the ongoing growth and development of the service
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to support operationally
- Experience managing care hours and community-based services
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
